Application Process:

A completed application to rent is required from each adult that will occupy the property. The non-refundable application fee is $39 which covers the cost of obtaining the credit report and verifying the information on your application.
If you have the free program, Adobe Acrobat Viewer, you may download and print an Application to Rent. You may hand deliver, mail or fax your application.

If mailing or faxing your application please verify that:

a photocopy of your driver's license is included
the $39 application fee (if not already sent via paypal)

Security Deposit:

Security deposit will be equal to the first months rent on all leases for a duration of one year or more with approved credit. Security deposits may be higher in the event of a short term lease or if needed to meet credit guidelines.
Security deposits may be paid by personal check, cash, cashier's check, or money order, unless you are moving in within two weeks in which case personal checks are not accepted.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit of $200. The pet deposit of two hundred dollars is fully refundable. The pet deposit must be paid prior to move in.
